Obtained from Primitivo grapes, Tramari is an elegant and light rosé wine.
It is born from the light and winds of our summers, between the two seas of Salento.
AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS BY YEAR
Grape variety: Primitive.
Area: San Marzano, Salento, Puglia. About 100 meters above sea level.
Ground: Medium clayey texture, shallow and with good presence of skeleton.
Cultivation: Espalier (4,500 vines per hectare).
Harvest: First week of September.
Winemaking: Partial racking of the Primitivo grape must after maceration for a few hours, followed by off-white fermentation.
Refinement: In steel.
Organoleptic characteristics: Pale pink colour; intense and persistent aroma of Mediterranean scrub, with hints of cherry and raspberry; fresh and elegant wine, balanced on the palate.
Pairings: Italian appetizers, fish soups and broths, baked or baked fish, young or slightly mature cheeses.
Serve at: 14°C.
