“Aged in Sherry barrels” With special case This special Grappa Riserva di Barbera, already matured for a long period in oak wood, was subsequently elevated for several months in barrels, purchased in Spain and already used, previously, to elevate the "Sherry" of one of the most prestigious wineries. The particular refinement in sherry barrels, already used in whiskies, was tested by us in an innovative way on grappa and with exceptional results from a qualitative point of view. The intense and characterizing aroma and the elegant, engaging flavor with a sweet aftertaste are very reminiscent of that of the Sherry already contained in these barrels.
