BITTER, NOT BITTER

The most famous German herbal liqueur, produced since 1934, immediately entered the tradition of digestive liqueurs of Central Europe, at the same time moving away from it due to its more sweet and less bitter taste. Its ancient recipe includes well 56 different varieties between herbs, roots, fruits and spices, macerated in alcohol, and it is a trade secret jealously guarded since birth. Brand that is especially close to young people, because of its more harmonious taste compared to a traditional bitter, it has often been mentioned in songs, participating as an extra in numerous films, confirming its modernity. It is consumed as a digestive, neat or with ice, but is also very good for the preparation of numerous cocktails.

Very intense and captivating dark brown colour, it releases aromas of herbs, mint, orange peel and cinnamon, together with sensations of dried flowers and medicinal herbs. The taste is incredibly pleasant, delicate, and only slightly bitter, rich in fruity notes of dried figs and dates, towards a dry finish, with a slight residual sugar, characterized by balsamic notes.
