Italian and organic gin produced in Alta Langa , on the border between Piedmont and Liguria, Engine is composed of juniper, lemon and sage, considered the digestives par excellence according to Piedmontese tradition. The distillation takes place at a very cold temperature and in vacuum , using a latest generation rotary evaporator which allows the extraction of all the aromatic components without damaging the raw material. To complete it all, the original and unusual packaging, inspired by the world of motors, another great passion of the producer of this Gin!

Transparent, limpid and crystalline, on the nose it expresses fragrant and delicious aromas of lime and orange blossom, for a refreshing explosion of citrus fruits. Secondly come gentler tones of almond milk and dried apricot with vanilla and white pepper in the background. Characterful tasting, incisive in citrus and rich in flavors of ripe fruit and green tea leaves.
