A limited edition of Don Papa that pays homage to the Spanish influence and heritage in the country. A sophisticated, rich and complex expression that uses four different types of barrels that previously contained fine, pedro ximénez, crema and palo cortado. The distillate, obtained from molasses, ages for four years in American white oak barrels and then ages for 18 months in the four types of barrique to be finally blended to produce this expression, the most sophisticated and smooth, Bleeding Heart Rum Company.
