The blend is the most typical for a great rosé classic method sparkling wine: Pinot Noir 70%, Chardonnay 30%. This gives Ferrari's Maximum Rosé the right degree of structure and power, without making it lose the distinctive feature of the Ferrari house, i.e. a recognizable elegance. In the glass it surprises with its antique pink color, embellished with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it reveals a fragrant bouquet, with hints of small red fruits, which derive from Pinot Noir, and yeasts that remind us of the long aging in the cellar for over 36 months. Finally, in the mouth it is elegant, fresh and balsamic. The finish, fortunately for us, is long and pleasant, marked again by delicate hints of yeast.
