Ca' Del Bosco Cuvée Prestige Franciacorta DOCG 75CL Boxed

The Cuvée Prestige of Ca' del Bosco derives from a blend of berry and red grapes: it comes from 96 Chardonnay vineyards, 27 years old on average, 3 plots of Pinot Blanc, approximately 21 years old, and 17 vineyards of pinot noir, with an average age of 19 years. The harvest is manual, the fermentation takes place in steel tanks, with 7 months of refinement. The grapes are then blended into reserve wines, approximately 20-30%. This is followed by aging on the yeasts for 25 months. Dosage of approximately 4 g/l of sugar.
