Calafuria is the rosé from the Tormaresca company, obtained from pure Negroamaro grapes grown not far from the Adriatic coast, on the Maime estate in Salento. Thanks to the proximity of the sea, the grapes best express all their aromas; the sea breeze is perceived on the palate as a fresh flavor. Calafuria, whose name recalls a sunny Apulian bay, is a very inviting wine, with a low alcohol content, ideal for fish, white meats and fresh cheeses.
