Distilled in Spain by the Giro family, in its third generation, this very particular Gin is inspired by the Mediterranean sea and is characterized by five main botanicals: basil Italian, thyme Greek, rosemary Turkish, citrus fruits Spaniards and olives of Catalonia. The intent is precisely to reproduce the authentic local Mediterranean taste and, to do this, the distillation process takes place in a 250-litre discontinuous copper still, created specifically for this type of processing. A new, different and totally natural Gin, which will take you back to the sea and the most beautiful memories, sip after sip.

Transparent and clear, it opens the sense of smell to vegetal aromas of musk, tomato leaf and resins, pine needles and Mediterranean scrub, with hints of rosemary and baked black olives, together with orange peels. The taste is an explosion of juniper and coriander, then turning into the bitter vegetal of aromatic herbs, with clear references to rosemary and basil, rightly balanced by the citrus freshness, in a long finish that recalls cardamom and olives see.
