Two hundred years of history and seven generations behind us have allowed us to Jim Beam to become the Kentucky Bourbon n.1 in the world. Not two wars succeeded, nor the great depression nor the prohibitionism , which hindered the path of this Clermont distillery and today, this distillate is among the most appreciated and drunk Bourbons ever. Obtained from the low temperature distillation of a predominantly cereal mixture corn and with a small percentage of rye and barley called Sour Mash (sour wort), fermented twice, Jim Beam White Label is aged for at least four years.

Of a beautiful amber gold colour, it highlights sweet aromas of vanilla and mown hay, dried fruit, honey and aromatic herbs on the nose. When tasted it reveals good body and softness, with sweet notes of toasted oak, vanilla and custard. Long on resin memories.

To be tasted at around 18°C, together with hazelnut chocolate pralines.
