Champagne full of style, the Bollinger Cuvée Special It owes its name to William Folks, a businessman and great connoisseur of bubbles who, in 1911, after tasting it, maintained that simply calling it Cuvée Sans Année was reductive: a Champagne with similar balance necessarily deserved a special definition! This is how the Cuvée Special was born, a sparkling wine of truly uncommon grace and elegance.

Brilliant straw yellow and crossed by infinite and very minute bubbles, it smells of white flowers, citrus fruits and biscuits, gunpowder, almond sweets, aromatic herbs and acacia honey. Balanced sip between freshness and softness, with a savory and mineral trail to close everything.

Excellent with an aperitif based on grana cheese cubes and mortadella (simple but effective), or with any fish-based dish, both raw and cooked, or with sauced white meats.
